
Recipe for the preparation of the coconut biscuit cake:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 100 ml of milk
– 100 g of coconut chips
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tbsp. sugar powder
– 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation steps:
1. Beat the butter and sugar until a mild and fluffy consistency is obtained.
2. Gradually add the eggs, continuing to beat.
3. See the flour and baking powder in a separate container and add to a mixture of oil, sugar and eggs. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
4. Pour the milk into the dough and mix gently.
5. Add coconut chips and mix well again.
6. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
7. Put the dough in a baking dish previously greased with oil or covered with baking paper.
8. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden. Check the readiness by inserting a wooden skewer into the middle of the cake – it should go dry.
9. When the cake has completely cooled, gently remove it from the form.
10. Beat the cream for whipping with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until peaks are formed.
11. Distribute whipped cream on the surface of the cake and, if desired, sprinkle with chips of coconut for decoration.
12. Leave the cake for several hours in the refrigerator so that it froze a little and all the tastes are connected.
