Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. In a pan over medium heat, melt dark chocolate and butter, stirring until they completely melt. Remove from heat and let cool a little.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and lush mass. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, continue to whip.
4. Gradually add a dark chocolate mixture to the egg mass, constantly mixing.
5. Sprinkle flour and baking powder through a sieve in the dough. Mix thoroughly until it turns out a homogeneous dough without lumps.
6. Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and evenly distribute on the surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake becomes elastic to the touch.
8. The time of cooking glaze. In a pan over low heat, melt dark chocolate with cream, stirring, until smooth and brilliant mass. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
9. When the cake has completely cooled, remove it from the mold and transfer it to the tray. Cover the cake with chocolate icing, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.
10. Decorate the “snowball” cake (Chocolate Snowball Cake) with powder sugar, sprinkling it with a thin layer on top.
