Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 200 g of raspberries
– 2 kiwi
– 400 ml of cream
– 2 tablespoons
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation steps:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Divide the eggs into yolks and proteins. Beat the yolks with a half sugar until a lush mass is obtained.
3. In a separate clean bowl, beat the proteins until peaks are formed. Gradually add the remaining half of the sugar and continue to whip to stable peaks.
4. Mix whipped yolks with proteins, gently mixing with movements from the bottom up.

8. At this time, prepare the filling. Clean the kiwi from the peel and cut it into thin slices. Rinse and dry raspberries.
9. Beat cream with icing sugar and vanilla extract until a lush creamy mass is formed.
10. Cut the cooled biscuit in half horizontally. Put half the cream mass on the bottom layer, and then evenly distribute half of raspberries and kiwi.
11. Put the top layer of the biscuit on the filling and repeat the procedure with the remaining ingredients: creamy mass, raspberries and kiwi.
