Recipe for the preparation of the “nut biscuit” cake:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 150 g of nuts (any of your choice)
– 6 eggs
– 200 g of butter
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– For decoration: nuts, chocolate shavings.
Preparation steps:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour or pave it with parchment paper.
2. Grind the nuts to the state of the crumb. Leave a few nuts for decoration.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until lush mass is formed. Add beaten oil and vanilla extract, continue to whip.
4. Gradually add flour, baking powder and chopped nuts. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
5. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and smooth its surface.
6. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted into the center of the cake will come out dry.
7. After baking, leave the cake to cool in the form for 10 minutes, then transfer it to the grille for complete cooling.
8. Beat the cream for whipping until the peaks are formed.
9. Cover the chilled cake with whipped cream and decorate with nuts and chocolate chips.
10. Ready -made “Orekhovy Biscuit” cake is ready for serving. Enjoy it with a delicate taste!
