Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 500 g of fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, bananas, grapes)
– 400 ml of whipped cream
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 2 vanilla sugar bags
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a form with a diameter of 20-22 cm, grease it with oil and lay out with baking paper.
2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar, beat them until lush mass is formed. Add flour and baking powder, carefully mix to avoid lumps.
3. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and level the surface. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked (check readiness by stuck a wooden skewer into the center of the cake-it should be dry).
4. After baking, cool the biscuit on the grill, then cut it into two cakes.
5. Clean and cut the fruits into small pieces. Please note that fruits should be fresh and ripe.
6. Beat cream with vanilla sugar until lush cream is formed.
7. Collect the cake: Put the first cake, grease it with half the custard, and lay half the chopped fruits on top. Repeat this action with the second coat.
8. Decorate the top of the cake with the remaining fruits and sprinkle it with condensed milk on top.
9. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for several hours until completely solidified.
