Ingredients:
– 200 g of sand cookies
– 100 g of butter (molten)
– 500 g of cream cheese
– 200 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 2 ripe banana
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 ml of whipping cream
Instructions:
1. Prepare the basis for the cake. Grind the cookies in a baby in a blender or place it in a bag and crush it with rolling a roller on it. Mix chips of cookies with molten oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

8. After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cake in it for another 1 hour so that it cools slowly. Then transfer the shape with a cake to a table or lattice and leave it completely cool.
9. Put the cooled cake in the refrigerator for several hours or better for the night so that it is soaked and froze.
10. When serving, you can decorate the cake with caramel sauce, pieces of bananas or chocolate crumbs.
