
Blueberry pie cake recipe (Blueberry Pie):
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberry berries
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 ¼ cup of sugar
– ¼ cup starch
– A pinch of salt
– 2 cake cakes from puff pastry
– 1 egg, whipped
– sugar powder for sprinkling (optional)
– whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, carefully mix blueberry berries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, starch and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients connect well and form a thick filling.
3. Place one of the cake cakes in the shape of a pie and level it on the bottom and sides of the form.
4. Pour the blueberry filling onto the cake of the cake, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.
5. Cover the filling with the second cake coat and gently connect its edges to the edges of the lower cake.
6. Using a brush, apply a whipped egg to the surface of the upper cake to give it a golden color when baking.
7. Put the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the pie becomes golden and the filling begins to bubble.
8. When the pie is ready, remove it from the oven and leave it on a baking sheet.
9. After cooling completely, sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar and serve it with whipped cream or ice cream, if you wish.
