Ingredients:

– 100 g butter
– 500 g of curd cheese

– 300 g of carrots (purified and grated)
– 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– pinch of nutmeg
Preparation steps:
1. Prepare a baking dish with a diameter of about 23 cm, grease it with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. Grind Oreo cookies to the crumb, add molten butter and mix thoroughly. Lay the resulting mixture along the bottom of the shape and uniformly compact.
3. In the oven preheated to 180 ° C, bake the base of cookies for about 10 minutes. Then leave her to cool.
4. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

10. Leave the finished cake to cool in the form, and then transfer it to the grille for complete cooling before the serving.
