Ingredients:
– 6 eggs
– 150 g of sugar
– 500 g Masquearpone-Syr
– 300 ml of strong black coffee
– 200 g of Savoyyardi (candies)
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa
– 50 ml of Amaretto (liquor)
Preparation:
1. Divide eggs into yolks and proteins into different bowls.
2. In a bowl with yolks add half the sugar and beat until the light and lush mass is obtained.
3. Add mascarpone-raw to yellow and mix well until a homogeneous cream is formed.
4. In another bowl, beat the proteins until peaks are formed. Gradually add the remaining sugar and continue to whip to elasticity.
5. Carefully add whipped proteins to a mascarpone-cream, gently mixing with a screwdriver or spatula.
6. In a deep container or shape, put half of Savoyardi and saturate their coffee mixed with Amaretto.
7. Apply half the resulting cream to the Savoyardi layer.
8. Repeat the procedure again, creating layers of Savoyyardi, soaked coffee, and cream.
9. Sprinkle the upper layer of cocoa-powder cake to give it the final stroke.
10. Put the Tiramisu cake in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably at night, so that it becomes even more saturated and tasty.
11. Before serving, you can decorate the cake with chocolate chips, fresh berries or mint.
