Ingredients:
– 2 pcs. puff pastry (for the upper and lower parts)
– 6 medium apples (chopped into thin slices)
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons of oil (to lubricate the mold)
– 1 egg (to lubricate the upper part of the pie)
– sugar powder (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 190 ° C. Lubricate the cake shape with oil.
2. In a large bowl, mix chopped apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice. Mix that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
