
Cake “Classic Pie ‘Red Caviar'”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of butter
– 400 g of wheat flour
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 500 g of red caviar
– 200 g of sour cream or yogurt
– 1 small onion feather
Recipe description:
1. In a large bowl, mix butter, wheat flour, egg and salt. Kneam the dough until a homogeneous consistency.
2. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each into a layer of about 0.5 cm thick.
3. Transfer one layer of dough into a baking dish previously lubricated with oil or covered with baking paper.
4. Put half the red caviar on top of the dough and evenly lay it out on the surface.
5. Then prepare the filling: in a bowl, mix sour cream or yogurt with finely chopped onions. Lay out this mixture on the surface of the caviar.
6. Cover the filling with a second layer of dough, gently pressing it at the edges with the lower layer of the dough.
7. Using the fork, pierce the upper layer of the dough several times so that the steam is produced during baking.
8. Bake the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, until the dough becomes golden.
9. Cool the pie to room temperature before serving.
