Ingredients:
– 4-5 large apples
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– Sprinking powder (optional)

Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin rings.
3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until a lush mass is formed.
5. Gradually add a dry mixture of flour, sugar and baking powder into whipped eggs, gently mixing with a spatula or whisk.
6. Add vanilla extract and continue to mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
7. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and put half the apples on the bottom.
8. Pour apples with half the prepared dough.
9. Put the remaining apples on the dough and pour them with the remaining dough.
10. Put the shape in the preheated oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top becomes golden and the dough rises.
