
Cake “Classic Blueberry Pie) cake:
Ingredients:
– 500 g of fresh blueberries
– 200 g of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– A pinch of salt
– 2 packs of puff pastry
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. In a large bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well mixed.
3. Divide the puff pastry into two equal parts. Roll one half of the dough and place it in the bottom of the cake shape.
4. Put the blueberry filling on the puff pastry.
5. Roll out the remaining half of the dough and cover it with the top of the filling. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden.
6. After baking, let the cake cool before serving. Garnish with fresh blueberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you want.
7. Cut the pie into pieces and serve.
