
Cake “Classic Pies with Ras raspberries” is an exquisite treat combining a delicate vanilla biscuit, fresh raspberries and airy cream. To prepare this cake, you will need the following ingredients: eggs (4 pcs.), Sugar (200 g), flour (200 g), baking powder (1 tsp), vanilla extract (1 tsp), butter (butter ( 100 g), milk (120 ml), fresh raspberries (300 g), whipping cream (400 ml), sugar powder (50 g) and gelatin (10 g).
To get started, prepare a biscuit base. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush mass is obtained. Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla extract, gently mixing the dough. Melt the butter and add it to the dough with milk. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.
Pour the resulting dough into a pre -lubricated shape for the pie and evenly distribute it along the bottom. Put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, until the biscuit becomes golden and dried.
While the biscuit is baking, get the preparation of the filling. Separately beat the cream for whipping with powdered sugar until a peak consistency forms. Leave a small amount of whipped cream to decorate the cake.
Dilute gelatin in accordance with the instructions on the package. Add diluted gelatin to the remaining whipped cream and mix gently. Then add fresh raspberries to the creamy-wishes and carefully turn it over so that all the ingredients mix evenly.
When the biscuit has cooled, put a layer of cream-wisher filling with raspberries on it. Distribute it evenly on the surface of the biscuit, leaving a small edge around the perimeter. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours so that it froze.
