
Recipe for the preparation of the classic pie “Banof”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies “Maria” (or other creamy cookies)
– 100 g of butter, melted
– 1 banana
– 1 bank of confectionery caramelized milk (delicate long boiled condensed milk)
– 300 ml of whipped cream
– chocolate chips for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grind the cookies in the crumb using a blender or the help of a bag and roller.
2. Transfer the cookies to the bowl and add the melted butter. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
3. Lay the resulting cookie-oil mixture to the bottom of the mold for the pie and evenly distribute over the entire surface to create the basis for the pie. Seal the layer using the back of the spoon.
4. Put the shape in the refrigerator and leave for 30 minutes to freeze the cookies.
5. After that, take out the shape from the refrigerator and carefully remove the base of the pie on a plate or tray.
6. Apply a uniform layer of caramelized milk to the top of the base.
7. Cut the bananas with thin slices and lay them on top of caramelized milk.
8. On top, lay out whipped cream, creating a smooth surface.
9. Decorate with chocolate chips as desired.
10. Put the pie in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably at night) so that the pie is soaked and froze.
11. The finished pie “Banof” can be served and enjoy it!
