Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder

– 120 ml of water

Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare the baking dish, lubricating it with oil and sprinkling with flour.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring until a smooth mixture is obtained. Let it cool to room temperature.
3. In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar, whipping until lush mass forms. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate-oil mixture to the egg mass and mix gently.
5. Continuing to stir, gradually add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
