
Cake “Classic Pie ‘Blueberry-Chocolate'”
Ingredients:
– 200 g of blueberry jam
– 200 g of flour
– 150 g of butter
– 150 g of sugar
– 100 g of chocolate drops
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– a pinch of salt
– 100 g of blacks (fresh or frozen)
Recipe description:
1. Previously, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare the baking dish, lubricating it with oil or covering with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside for a while.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until the smooth and air texture is obtained.
4. Add whipped eggs one at a time, continuing to whip the mixture after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract and continue to beat.
5. Gradually add a dry mixture of flour, baking powder and salt into a wet mixture of butter and eggs. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are connected well.
6. Add blueberry jam and chocolate drops to the dough. Mix gently to evenly distribute the ingredients throughout the test.
7. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared baking form and level the surface.
8. Sprinkle with cakes on top to decorate the cake.
9. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until cooked. Test the readiness of the cake by inserting a wooden skewer into it – it should come out clean without sticking pieces of dough to it.
10. After baking, cool the cake in the form for 10-15 minutes, then carefully transfer it to the grill for complete cooal.
