Cake “Chocolate cake with raspberry cream” is an exquisite combination of delicate chocolate biscuit and fresh raspberry cream. Here is a recipe that will allow you to create this delicious dessert gastronomic composition.
Ingredients:
– For chocolate biscuit:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– For raspberry cream:
– 300 g of fresh raspberries
– 200 g of sugar
– 400 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 30%)
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– For decoration:
– Fresh berries raspberries
– Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt the dark chocolate with butter over low heat or in a microwave. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until lush mass is formed. Gradually add melted chocolate with butter and continue to whip.
4. Sprinkle flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve and gently mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
5. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until cooked (check readiness by inserting a wooden skewer into the middle of the biscuit – it should go out clean).
6. While the biscuit is preparing, prepare a raspberry cream. In a small pan, mix fresh raspberries and sugar. Soften the berries over medium heat, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Then wipe the raspberry mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.
7. In a large bowl, beat the cream until peaks. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, then carefully add the raspberry mixture and mix thoroughly.
8. When the biscuit has cooled, cut it into two equal parts horizontally. Apply half the raspberry cream to the lower layer of the biscuit, then cover with the top layer of the biscuit.
