
Pancho Cake cake recipe:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of butter
– 4 eggs
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 150 ml of milk
For cream:
– 500 ml of cream
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 2 tbsp. cocoa-powder
– 1 tsp coffee extract
Decoration:
– chocolate glaze
– Nuts or fruits for decoration
Instructions:
1. Beat the butter and sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Add the egg in turn, whipping after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder. Gradually add flour to the dough, continuing to beat.
4. Add vanilla extract and milk. Continue to whip until smooth dough.
5. Pour the dough into a baking shape pre -lubricated and sprinkled with flour.
6. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (350 degrees F) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake will come out clean.
7. Prepare the cream: Beat the cream until the formation of hard peaks. Add condensed milk, cocoa powder and coffee extract. Mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
8. Cool the cake before starting it. Cut it in half horizontally.
9. Evenly apply half the cream to the lower layer of the cake. Put the top layer of the cake from above and cover it with the remaining cream.
10. Decorate the cake with chocolate icing and sprinkle it with nuts or jewelry from your choice.
