
Recipe for the preparation of the classic pie “Chocolate mousse”:
Ingredients:
– 200 grams of dark chocolate (70% cocoa);
– 150 grams of oil;
– 150 grams of sugar;
– 4 eggs;
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
– 100 grams of flour;
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
– A pinch of salt;
– whipped cream or chocolate icing for decoration.
Recipe description:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a round form for baking, lubricating it with oil or covering with baking paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and oil in a water bath or in the microwave, stirring carefully, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is obtained. Then add the vanilla extract and continue to beat.
4. Gradually, pour pre-sifted flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in the egg-sajar mixture. Mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
5. Add the cooled chocolate sauce to the dough and mix well to make a smooth mass.
6. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared form and smooth the surface.
7. Put the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pie acquires a light golden coating on top and will be elastic to the touch.
8. After readiness, leave the pie to insist and cool in the form for 10-15 minutes, and then carefully transfer it to the grille for complete cooling.
9. Decorate the cake with whipped cream or chocolate icing at will at serving.
