Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookie “Oreo” (or any other chocolate cookies)
– 100 g of butter (molten)
– 500 g of cottage cheese
– 200 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 250 g of pumpkin puree
– 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
– A pinch of salt
– whipped cream or sour cream for decoration
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Grind the cookies in the crumb, add molten butter and mix well. Put the resulting mass in the cake shape, evenly distribute the bottom and walls of the shape, pressing the spoon. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one, whipping after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, connect pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
