
Cake “Chocolate cake with blueberries and cream” is an exquisite combination of chocolate biscuit, fresh blueberries and delicate cream. Prepare this magnificent dessert according to the following recipe:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of blueberries
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tbsp. sugar powder
– fresh berries or chocolate crumbs for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with oil or pave it with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and oil in a water bath or in the microwave until smooth. Cool a little.
3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add warm chocolate mixture and mix gently.
4. Strain flour and baking powder in the dough, mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
5. Transfer half the blueberries into the dough and gently mix so that the berries are evenly distributed.
6. Put the dough in the prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake will come out clean.
7. Cool the cake on the lattice completely.
8. Beat the cream for whipping with powdered sugar to strong peaks.
9. Cut the cooled cake horizontally in half. Light the lower half of the cake with half of the whipped cream and lay out the remainder of the blueberries. Cover the upper half of the cake.
10. Cover the cake with the remaining whipped cream on top and on the sides. Decorate with fresh berries or sprinkle with chocolate crumbs.
11. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours for impregnation and cooling.
