Recipe description:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Grind the cookies in the crumb and mix with the melted butter. Put the resulting mixture on the bottom of the removable shape for the cake (diameter 22-24 cm) and evenly compact. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the base froze.
3. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, juice and lemon zest. Beat all the ingredients to a homogeneous mass.

5. In a bowl, mix the ink and starch to the uniform coating of the berries with amylose. After that, carefully lay out the blueberry layer on top of the cheese mass.

7. Cool the finished cake in shape, then take it into the refrigerator for several hours so that it completely froze and becomes more dense.
