Chocolate cake with peaches is a delightful combination of chocolate biscuit and fresh peaches, which will delight lovers of desserts. Here is a recipe for how to cook this incredibly delicious cake.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of soda
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 4-5 ripe peaches
– chocolate icing for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a round baking dish, make it oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is obtained. Add vanilla extract and knead.
4. See the flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and carefully mix until smooth dough.
5. Clean peaches from the peel and seeds, cut them into small pieces.
6. Pour half the dough into the prepared form, evenly distribute half the chopped peaches along it. Then add the remaining dough and peaches. Leve the surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until cooked. Check the readiness of the cake using a wooden skewer – if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
8. Leave the cake to cool in the form for 10-15 minutes, then carefully transfer it to the lattice for complete cooling.
9. If desired, you can decorate the cake with chocolate icing or sprinkle with a cocoa powder before serving.
