
A chocolate cake with black pepper is an unusual combination of sweets and a slight acute flavor that gives a dessert an interesting note. Here is the recipe for how to cook it.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of oil
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of black ground pepper
– A pinch of salt
For glaze:
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– 50 ml of cream
– Black pepper for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and oil in a water bath or in a microwave. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is formed.
4. Add whipped eggs to the cooled chocolate mixture and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, black pepper and salt. Gradually add a dry mixture to the chocolate mass, mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
6. Put the dough in the prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake passes for readiness – the toothpick inserted into the middle must come out dry.
7. After baking, leave the cake to cool in the uniform on the grille for about 10 minutes, then gently remove it from the mold and completely cool it on the grill.
8. For the preparation of glaze, melt the chocolate along with cream in a water bath or in a microwave, stirring until a smooth texture is obtained.
9. Pour the glazing of a cooled cake, evenly distributing it on the surface. Sprinkle the cake with slightly ground black pepper for decoration.
10. Leave the cake for several hours or until the next day, so that the glaze froze and the aromas of black pepper penetrate the cake.
