Ingredients:
– 3-4 ripe banana
– 1 pack of puff pastry (frozen)
– 100 g of butter (molten)
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cups of cookies from cookies (to choose from)
– Sugar powder for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Defrost the puff dough according to the instructions on the package. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. While the dough is defrosting, cut the bananas into thin slices.
3. Expand the puff pastry and carefully distribute it on a baking sheet lubricated with oil.
4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
5. Clean the dough with half the molten oil, then sprinkle half a mixture of sugar and cinnamon evenly in the dough.
6. Evenly lay the chopped bananas over a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
7. Sprinkle the remaining sugar-brown mixture over bananas.
8. Then sprinkle chips from cookies to give a crispy texture.
9. Put in the oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake becomes golden and crispy.
