To begin with, you will need the following ingredients: 200 grams of flour, 150 grams of butter, 150 grams of sugar, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 200 ml of whipping cream, 200 g of condensed milk, 200 grams of mascarpone, 200 grams, 200 grams. 150 grams of white chocolate, berries for decoration.
To prepare the base of the cake, mix flour with baking powder in one bowl. In another bowl, beat the soft butter with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add eggs one at a time, and vanilla extract, continuing to whip. After that, gradually add a mixture of flour and baking powder, continuing to beat until smooth dough.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and bake each half in the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick – it should come out dry from the middle of the cake. Leave baked cakes to cool.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream for whipping until a dense consistency is formed. Add condensed milk and masquearpone, continuing to whip until a homogeneous and creamy mass is obtained.
Melt white chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Let it cool a little and add it to the cream cream, gently mixing to make a uniform chocolate-skin cream.
Start assembling the cake. Put one baked cake on a plate and evenly apply half a chocolate-cream cream on it. Place the second cake from above and apply the rest of the cream, evenly distribute on the surface of the cake.
