
Recipe for making a cake “Chocolate cake with walnut and caramel”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of chocolate (dark or milk)
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 100 g of walnuts (chopped)
– 200 ml of cream (for cream)
– 150 g of brown sugar (for caramel)
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a round shape for baking with a diameter of about 20 centimeters, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt the chocolate along with butter in a water bath. Let it cool a little.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until lush mass is formed. Gradually add melted chocolate and flour there, mixing until smooth.
4. Add chopped walnuts to the dough and mix.
5. Pour the resulting mixture into the prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until cooked. Check the readiness of the cake by inserting a wooden hairpin into it: if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
6. While the cake cools down, prepare caramel sauce. In a small saucepan, melt brown sugar over medium heat until caramel is formed. Stir constantly so that the sugar is evenly melting and not burdened.
7. When the cake is completely cooled, carefully transfer it to the supply dish and pour caramel sauce over the entire surface. Give the caramel slightly freeze.
8. Decorate the cake with walnuts from above for decoration.
