Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 50 g of flour
– 50 g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a rectangular shape, linen it with baking paper and grease it with oil.

8. Apply the filling on the baking with a uniform layer, leaving a small edge without filling on one side.
9. With the help of a towel or paper, carefully twist the roll, starting with the filling. Make sure that the roll is tightly curled, but not overwhelmed.
10. Leave a roll on a towel or paper for several minutes to cool.
11. When serving, you can decorate the roll with fresh herbs or add other decorative elements as desired.
