Jasper coconut dessert

Jasper coconut dessert is an exotic dish that combines delicate coconut aroma and crispy jasper balls. In this recipe, I will share with you a simple way to prepare this amazing dessert.
Ingredients:
– 1 cup of coconut chip
– 1/2 cup of condensed milk
– 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of corn starch
– Jasper balls (purchase ready -made or prepare them yourself from glutenized flour according to the instructions on the package)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix coconut chips, condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Add corn starch and continue to mix until the mixture becomes thick and acquires a consistency that allows you to form balls.
3. Take a small amount of the resulting mass and form small balls in size from it about the cherry. Repeat until the whole mass ends.
4. Heat the pan over medium heat and carefully put the jasper balls into the pan. Fry them, constantly turning, until golden -colored and the formation of light crust.
5. Transfer ready -made jasper balls to the dish and let them cool completely.
6. Serve jasper coconut desserts on a presentable plate and enjoy their aroma and texture.
