Jasper coconut Suprem

Jasper coconut Supre is a refreshing and aromatic dessert that combines the delicate taste of coconut with light notes of fresh fruits. In this recipe, I will share with you a simple way to prepare this exquisite dessert.
To prepare a jasper coconut Suprem you will need the following ingredients:
– 1 canned coconut cream (400 ml)
– 200 ml of fresh pineapple juice
– 100 g of sugar powder
– 2 tablespoons of starch
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1 large ripe mango
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– fresh fruits for decoration (for example, strawberries and mint)
The first step in cooking jasper coconut Suprem is the preparation of a coconut base. In a saucepan, mix coconut cream, pineapple juice and powdered sugar. Dilute starch in a small amount of water and add it to the stewpan. Put the stewpan on medium heat and constantly stir until the mixture thickens. Then remove it from the fire and let it cool.
When the coconut base cools down, add vanilla extract and mix well. Then put the resulting base in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it freezes.
While the coconut base is cooling, prepare mangoes. Clean it from the peel and bones, then cut it into small cubes. Put chopped mangoes in a bowl, add lemon juice and mix gently.
When the coconut base cools down and freezes, put mangoes into glasses or glasses for serving. Then lay out the coconut base on top, filling the glasses to the top.
For decoration, you can use fresh fruits, such as strawberries and a twig of mint. Put the fruits on the surface of Suprem and decorate with mint.
