To start preparing the cake, it is necessary to prepare a biscuit cake. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Beat proteins with half sugar until a strong foam is formed. In another bowl, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar until a thick mass is obtained. Add molten butter, milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder and mix gently.
Add whipped proteins to the dough and carefully mix to maintain splendor. Pour the dough into a lubricated oil and sprinkled with flour for baking.
