A classic cheesecake is a magnificent dessert that combines delicate cream cheese and a crispy -axle liver. Here is a recipe to cook it yourself:
Ingredients:
– 250 g of cookies (gallant or “halo”)
– 100 g butter
– 500 g of soft cottage cheese
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 ml of cream
– Juice of half lemon
Instructions:
1. We defrost the cottage cheese in advance so that it becomes soft and convenient for mixing.
2. We break the cookies into crumbs. To do this, you can use a blender or simply crush it by placing it in a bag and crushing a roller.
3. Mix butter and mix with cookies to get a homogeneous mass.
4. Put the resulting mixture in a baking dish (about 22 cm in diameter) and evenly distribute along the bottom. We raise the sides of the mixture by a few centimeters.
5. Pre -heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
6. In a bowl with cottage cheese, add sugar and beat until smooth. Then add one at a time, continuing to beat each egg until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
7. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice, mix.
8. Gradually pour the cream, continuing to whip at low speed so that all the ingredients are well connected.
9. Gently pour the resulting mixture on cookies in uniform, evenly distributing it.
10. Drive the surface with a shoulder blade or back of the spoon.
11. We bake a cheesecake in a preheated oven for approximately 60-70 minutes, or until the middle freezes and becomes slightly fried.
12. When the cheesecake is ready, we leave it in the oven on the oven for another 1-2 hours so that it slowly cooled and does not crack.
13. Then we take out a cheesecake from the oven and leave it completely cool at room temperature.
14. After cooling, the cheesecake is put in the refrigerator for several hours or better for the night so that it completely froze.
15. When serving, you can decorate the cheesecake with berries, chocolate or sauce to your taste.
Bon appetit!
