The Milk Glacier Cake cake is an exquisite and delicate delicacy that will conquer you with its rich milk taste and excellent texture. Here is the recipe for how to cook it.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies “Oreo”
– 100 g butter
– 400 g cream for whipping
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 200 g of cottage cheese
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 100 g of white chocolate
– 50 g of black chocolate
– 50 g of milk chocolate
– chocolate shavings and berries for decoration
Instructions:
1. Grind Oreo cookies into small crumbs, add molten butter and mix well.
2. Put the resulting mixture in the cake shape, evenly distribute and ram it to the bottom to make the main layer.
3. Beat the cream for whipping until a peak consistency is formed. Add condensed milk, cottage cheese and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
4. Divide the resulting mixture into three equal parts.
5. Melt white, black and milk chocolate separately in a water bath or in a microwave.
6. In one of three portions of the creamy-rod mixture, add melted white chocolate and mix well until smooth.
7. Similarly, do the remaining two portions, adding black and milk chocolate, respectively.
8. Start collecting the cake, laying out each mixture on the base of “hao” in layers. Gradually create the effect of the glacier, alternating multi -colored layers.
9. After the assembly is completed, decorate the cake with chocolate chips and fresh berries.
10. Place the cake in the refrigerator for hardening for 3-4 hours or at night.
11. Serve the “Dairy Glacier” cake chilled and enjoy it with a delicate and refreshing taste.
