The recipe for making a chocolate truffle:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 1/2 cream cups
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (for sprinkling)
– Optionally: vanel or vanilla extract for aroma
Recipe description:
1. Start by cutting dark chocolate into small pieces so that it melts faster. Put it in a bowl and put it on the stove.
2. Add cream to the pan and heat them over medium heat, but do not bring to a boil.
3. When the cream is almost heated, pour them into chopped chocolate. Add also butter.
4. Give chocolate and cream for some time to infuse, then gently mix until all the ingredients completely dissolve.
5. If you want to add the aroma, now you can pour a liquor or vanilla extract. This will give the truffles an additional taste and aroma.
6. Cover the bowl with a mixture of chocolate and cream with a film, pressing to the surface to avoid the formation of the film. Leave her to cool at room temperature for 2 hours.
7. When the mixture cools down and thickens, you can proceed to the formation of truffles. Take a small amount of the mixture with a spoon or hands and roll into small balls.
8. After the formation of each truffle, roll it in a cocoa powder to cover the surface with an uniform layer.
9. Ready truffles can be cooled in the refrigerator for several hours until completely solidified.
10. After cooling, the truffles are ready to serve. Make sure they are in a container closed by a lid, and store in the refrigerator until use.
