Rocco cake is an exquisite dessert dish, which consists of crispy chocolate crust, delicate cream and aromatic nuts. This is a great choice for lovers of chocolate and sweets.
For the preparation of the Rocco cake, you will need the following ingredients: dark chocolate, cream, sugar, eggs, flour, ground nuts (you can use almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts), butter, vanilla extract and salt.
The first step is the preparation of chocolate crust. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave to completely melting. Add butter and mix until smooth. Then add flour, ground nuts, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
The next step is the formation of cakes for the Rocco cake. Lubricate the baking molds with oil or cover them with parchment paper. Divide the dough into small portions and distribute it evenly in shape, creating cakes. Be sure to leave a small recess in the center of each cake.
Clean the forms of excess dough and send them to the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Korzhi should become golden and crispy.
While the cakes are baking, prepare a cream for the Rocco cake. Beat the cream until peaks are formed. Add sugar and vanilla extract, continue to beat until a lush consistency is obtained.
When the cakes are ready, cool them to room temperature. Then begin to collect the Rocko cake. Fill the recesses in the center of each cake with cream and gently glue two halves together.
The last step is the decoration. You can sprinkle rocco cake with grated chocolate, sprinkle with nuts or decorate with chocolate drops.
