
Raspberry pie is a tasty and aromatic treat that can be prepared even without special culinary skills. In this recipe, I will share with you a simple way to prepare this exquisite dessert.
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of flour
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 200 grams of oil (it is recommended to use butter)
– 2 eggs
– 500 grams of fresh raspberry
– 1/2 cup sugar for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Start with the preparation of the dough. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt. Add the oil and mix well until large crumbs are formed.
2. Break the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the dough. Mix until the ingredients connect. Then knead the dough with your hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Wrap it in a film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Time prepare the filling. Rinse raspberries under running water and leave on a sieve to excess glass moisture.
4. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees.
5. Divide the dough into two parts – one slightly larger than the other, to form the base and lid of the pie.
6. Using a baking video, roll most of the dough into the diameter of your baking dish. Transfer the dough to the shape and gently lift its walls.
7. Evenly distribute raspberries at the bottom of the dough.
8. Roll out the remaining small part of the dough and put it on top of raspberries. Close the pie and make sure that the edges fit well to each other.
9. Make a few small cuts on the upper bag of the pie so that the steam can come out during baking.
10. Put the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the crust becomes golden.
11. Remove the pie from the oven and leave it to cool in the form on the grill.
12. Sprinkle the pie with a sugar powder before serving.
