Components:
– 1 cup flour
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 cream cups
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1/2 cup of butter
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– A pinch of salt
For filling:
– 2 cups of whipped cream
– 100 g of dark chocolate (crushed)
– 1/4 cup of sugar powder
For glaze:
– 100 g of dark chocolate (crushed)
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– 1 tablespoon of cream
– 1/4 cup of sugar powder
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 200 ° C. On a baking sheet, linen parchment paper.
2. In the pan, connect the butter with water, sugar and a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Pour the flour into the pan and mix quickly until a homogeneous dough is formed, separated from the walls of the dishes.
4. Cool the resulting dough a little, then add the eggs one by one, thoroughly whipping each egg into the dough until completely absorbed.
5. Transfer the dough into a confectionery bag with a wide nozzle to form eclairs.
6. Form eclairs on a baking sheet, leaving some distance between them. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden.

10. To prepare the glaze, melt dark chocolate along with milk and cream in a water bath, then gradually add sugar powder and mix well.
11. Pour the glaze on top of the eclara, let’s freeze it completely.
