
Cake “Blueberry Cake)
Recipe description:
The blueberry cake is a delightful combination of delicate biscuit, fresh blueberry berries and light creamy cream. This is not only a surprisingly tasty dessert, but also a bright accent on the table that will delight all guests.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of butter
– 4 eggs
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 200 g of blueberries
– 200 ml of cream
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 200 g of cream cheese
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Beat the butter with sugar until a lush mass is obtained.
2. Add eggs one by one, continuing to beat.
3. See the flour and baking powder into a separate container, then gradually add them to the dough without stopping whipping.
4. Mix the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
5. Pour half the dough into a pre -lubricated baking dish.
6. Honogeneously put the blueberries on the surface of the dough and gently pour the remaining dough.
7. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the cake for about 35-40 minutes, or until it becomes golden and when touched it will return to the original form.
8. Put the cake in the refrigerator to cool.
Preparation of cream:
1. Beat cream with condensed milk until peaks are formed.
2. Add cream cheese and vanilla extract, continue to beat until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
Cake assembly:
1. Remove the cooled biscuit from the mold and cut it in half horizontally.
2. Apply half the cream to the bottom layer of the biscuit.
3. Put the top layer of the biscuit on top and cover the remaining cream.
4. Decorate the top of the cake with additional blueberries or sprinkle with icing sugar.
