1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and sugar, thoroughly mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Cut the vanilla pod in half and remove the seeds. Add seeds to a bowl with cottage cheese and sugar. If you use a vanilla extract, add it instead of seed seeds.
3. Separate the yolks from egg proteins. Add the yolks to a bowl with cottage cheese and vanilla, then mix everything well.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream until the peak consistency is formed.
5. Gently add whipped cream to a bowl with a cottage cheese mixture and slowly turn them into each other to maintain the fluffy of ice cream.
6. Beat the proteins of the eggs until a thick foam is formed and carefully add them to a bowl with a curd cream mixture, mixing gently gently.
7. Pour the resulting mixture into the ice cream and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. If you do not have ice cream, you can periodically remove the mixture from the freezer and mix well to prevent the formation of ice crystals.
9. After the complete freezing of cottage cheese ice cream, it is ready to serve and enjoy!
