
Almond Sponge Cake Cake Recipe for Cake.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of almonds chopped
– 200 g of sugar
– 6 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tablespoons of sugar powder for decoration
Instructions:
1. Previously heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a rectangular baking dish. Lubricate it with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, chopped almonds, sugar and baking powder. Create a recess in the center and add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat all the ingredients thoroughly together until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
3. Beat the cream for whipping until hard peaks are formed. Gently add them to the dough, gently mixing.
4. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and evenly distribute it over the entire surface. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden color and readiness (check with a toothpick-it should come out dry).
5. When the cake is ready, cool it in the form for 10 minutes, then transfer it to the lattice for complete cooling.
6. After cooling completely, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar for decoration. If desired, you can additionally decorate with berries or almond petals.
7. Cut the cake into portions and serve.
