Instructions:

8. Expand the second layer of puff pastry and carefully cover it with the filling of apples, pressing it to the edges of the shape.
9. Using sharp scissors or forks, make several punctures in the upper layer of dough so that the pie can “breathe” during the baking.

11. Put the pie in the preheated oven and cook for about 35-40 minutes or until golden crust on the surface.
