Berry cheesecake

The berry cheesecake is a delightful and refreshing dessert that can be prepared using various berries. Here is a recipe that will help you create this taste harmony.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies (for example, halo or classic cream cookies)
– 100 g of butter (molten)
– 500 g of Kremikis
– 200 g of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 250 g of fresh berries (to choose from: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
– Juice of half lemon
– 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. Grind the cookies in the crumb. To do this, you can use a blender or lay out cookies in a bag and crush it with a roulette or just forks. Put the cookies into a bowl.
2. Melt the butter and add it to the liver. Mix thoroughly so that the cookies are well soaked in oil.
3. Put the mixture of cookies and oil in a baking dish, evenly distribute along the bottom and small side walls of the shape. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the base froze.
4. Beat the cremic with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add flour and continue to whip until smooth.
5. Add eggs one by one, whipping thoroughly after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract and mix.
6. Remove the form from the base from the refrigerator and pour the prepared mass with the cremis on it.
7. Previously heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and bake a cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is slightly yeast with a slight shaking of the form.
8. After baking, leave the cheesecake in the turned off, but still hot oven for another 1 hour. Then remove it from the oven and completely cool it at room temperature.
9. While the cheesecake cools, prepare the berry sauce. In a blender, mix fresh berries, lemon juice and powdered sugar until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
10. After the cheesecake cools completely cooled, lay out the berry sauce on top of it. Distribute the sauce evenly on the surface.
11. Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or better at night) so that it froze and acquire an even greater taste.
12. When serving, decorate
