Ingredients:
– 500 g of fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
– 500 ml of milk

Preparation:

4. In a separate bowl, break the eggs and beat them with a small whisk or fork. Gradually add eggs to a stewpan with cereal, constantly stirring so that the eggs are evenly distributed.
5. Cut the vanilla pod in half along and remove the seeds. Add vanilla seeds or vanilla extract to the stewpan with pudding. Interior.
6. Continue to cook pudding over low heat for another 2-3 minutes, until it becomes thick and creamy.
7. Remove the stewpan from the heat and let the pudding cool a little. Then gently mix half the berries in the pudding.
8. Pour pudding according to portioned molds or glass glasses. Decorate the remaining berries on top.
9. Cool the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it froze and acquires a more saturated taste.
10. When serving, you can decorate the berry pudding with whipped cream or mint.
