Blueberries in the test

Blueberries in the dough are a wonderful combination of fresh berries and crisp dough. This dessert is ideal for breakfast or afternoon snack. To prepare blueberries in the test, you will need the following ingredients: blueberries, flour, sugar, egg, salt, vegetable oil and baking powder.
To get started, prepare the dough. In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, half a glass of sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Beat the egg in another bowl, and then add it to dry ingredients. Gradually add about one and a half glasses of water, stirring continuously to make a smooth and homogeneous dough.
The next step we proceed to the processing of blueberries. Rinse the berries and leave them on a paper towel so that excess moisture leaves. Then put the blueberries on the plate and sprinkle it with a small amount of sugar to give sweetness.
Now we proceed to the most interesting stage – assembly of blueberries in the test. Divide the dough into several equal parts and roll each of them into a flat circle. In the middle of each circle, put a portion of blueberries, leaving a place along the edges for twisting.
Gently squeeze the edges of the dough around the blueberries to make a closed shape. Repeat this process for all the remaining circles of the dough.
Immediately after assembling blueberries in the dough, heat the pan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Put the blueberry envelopes in the pan and fry them on both sides until golden crust.
When the blueberry envelopes are ready, take them out of the pan and leave them on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Blueberries in the test are ready for serving! You can serve it in warm form by sprinkling with sugar powder on top or serve with cream or vanilla sauce. Enjoy this delicious and simple dessert!
