
Brownie’s jasper cake is a luxurious treat that combines delicate chocolate brownies and thick jasper cream. Here is the recipe for this exquisite dessert.
Brownie ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 100 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– a pinch of salt
Ingredients for jasper cream:
– 400 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 35%)
– 200 g of white chocolate
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Decoration:
– Jasper balls or marzipan flowers
Preparation:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a round baking dish (about 20 cm in diameter) – grease with oil and lay out with parchment paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or low heat, stirring constantly. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
3. In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar, add a vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Gradually add a molten chocolate mixture to the egg-sahar mass, gently mixing.
5. See the flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to the dough, constantly mixing to avoid lumps.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until Brownie becomes elastic to the touch, but with a small delicate middle.
7. Time to prepare a jasper cream. Mash white chocolate on a fine grater. Thicken the cream in a water bath or in the microwave to the state when they cover the back side of the spoon. Remove from the heat and carefully add grated white chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
8. When the brownie cools down, remove it from the mold and cut it into two planes. Apply part of the jasper cream to the lower plate, then carefully cover the second plate. Cover the top and side of the cake with the remaining cream.
9. Decorate the cake with jasper balls or marzipan
