Cake “Almond cheesecake” (Almond Cheesecake)

The recipe for making a cake “Almond cheesecake” (Almond Cheesecake):
Ingredients:
– 200 g of almonds (chopped into powder)
– 200 g of cookies (such as “halo” or “jesta”)
– 100 g butter
– 500 g of cream cheese
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon of Amaretto (optionally)
– 150 g of acid cream
– 50 g of almonds (for decoration)
Recipe description:
1. Prepare the basis for the cake. To do this, grind the cookies in the crumb, add almond powder and butter. Mix well to get a homogeneous mass. Put the resulting mixture on the bottom of the baking shape, evenly distribute and press to the bottom. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
2. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add eggs one at a time, whipping each for 1-2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and amaretto (if you use) and continue to beat until smooth.
3. Remove the shape from the refrigerator and gently pour the cheese mass on the base of cookies. Leve the surface.
4. Heat the oven to 160 ° C. Put the shape with the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges of the cake become golden, and the center will be slightly tearing to press.
5. After preparing the cake, leave it in the off oven for another 1 hour, then remove and leave it to cool at room temperature.
6. Then transfer the cake to the refrigerator and cool it for at least 4 hours (preferably at night) so that it completely froze.
7. Before serving, decorate the cake almond. Fry the almonds in a dry pan until golden and cool. Sprinkle with almond petals along the top of the cake.
