Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies “Digesot” or “Graham”
– 100 g of butter, melted
– 3-4 ripe banana
– 1 bank of condensed milk
– 300 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– chocolate shavings for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grind the cookies in the crumb with a blender or crusher. Put the baby into a bowl and add melted butter. Mix well to get a homogeneous mass.
2. Lay the resulting mixture along the bottom of the cake shape and evenly compact it. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so that the base of the cake froze.
3. Open the jar of condensed milk and evenly distribute it on top of the cooled base of cookies.
