Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 300 g of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 200 g of sugar powder
– Fresh berries and a twig of mint for decoration
Preparation steps:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a round baking dish, linen it with parchment paper.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a thick light mass is obtained. Add a mixture of flour and baking powder, gently mixing until smooth.
4. Pour the dough into a prepared form. Distribute it evenly along the bottom of the form.
5. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the biscuit cake for about 25-30 minutes, or until it becomes golden from above and the puncture of the matches inserted into it will not come out dry.
