
Cake “Biscuit with nuts” is a delightful treat, combining a delicate biscuit and fragrant nuts. Here’s how to cook this delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 6 eggs
– 100 g of ground nuts (any of your choice: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.)
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
For cream:
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 100 g of chopped nuts for decoration
Preparation steps:
1. Beat eggs with sugar in a large bowl until a lush and dense mass is obtained.
2. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, continue to beat.
3. Gradually add sifted flour and ground nuts, gently mixing the dough until smooth.
4. Add the baking powder and mix gently again.
5. Prepare a round form with a diameter of 22-24 cm: grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
6. Pour the dough into the shape and smooth the surface.
7. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the biscuit cake for about 30-35 minutes, or until it becomes golden and dried in the center.
8. Check readiness by stuck a wooden skewer in the middle of the cake – if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
9. Let the biscuit cool completely in shape, and then gently transfer it to the tray.
Preparation of cream:
1. Beat the butter until a lush and soft consistency is obtained.
2. Gradually add condensed milk and continue to beat until a homogeneous and delicate cream is obtained.
3. Cool the cream in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
4. Cover the cooled biscuit cake with a thin layer of cream.
5. Repeat this step for the remaining cakes, covering each layer with cream.
6. Use the last layer of cream to cover the sides and upper surface of the cake.
7. Decorate the cake with chopped nuts from above.
